Is everything working correctly when they do the same operation on a laptop? You can ask them to open a support case and see if NetSuite can troubleshoot it.2 -

If you want to show a sublist on a Project Template form, you would need to do that via SuiteScript. Natively, you can add a Custom Sublist to a Project form and not the Project Template form.1 -

Hi @User_8UBAC, Natively, the "To Be Emailed" field isn't being tracked in NetSuite system logs. For this and a few other fields, you would need a customization to enable tracking.2 -
